How We Keep Therapist Quality Up: Unified Ritual Protocols
A common spa problem: quality «jumps» from visit to visit. One therapist did it beautifully, another did it formally. The guest doesn't know what to expect and stops coming. We solve this with standards shared across the whole team.
Unified protocols for every ritual
Each ritual has its own protocol: sequence, points of focus, the duration of each stage. This doesn't turn a massage into a conveyor belt, but it sets a bar no therapist drops below.
You can request the same therapist
If you liked a particular therapist's work, you can book them again. Name them when booking — we'll do our best to put them on your shift.
Therapists' rest is part of quality
A tired therapist won't give a good massage. So we have regulated shifts and rest: the quality of the hands depends directly on the therapist not working to exhaustion.
Consistency is what people come back for. We want every visit to be at least as good as the best of the previous ones.
