Why a Session Should Last the Full Time — and How We Guarantee It

One of the most frustrating spa stories: you paid for 60 minutes, but the actual massage lasted 45. The time quietly gets «eaten» by changing, waiting, and the timer being started back at the reception. At 2MoonSpa we removed that grey zone.

Time counts from the start of the massage

Our timer starts when the therapist begins working, not when you step through the door. Changing, the shower, tea — none of it comes out of your session. The stated minutes are minutes of the therapist's hands on your body.

Full minutes are the rule

60 minutes means 60 minutes, not «about an hour». The therapist doesn't rush to the finish or wrap the massage up five minutes early. An even pace from start to end is part of our internal standards.

What's included beyond the session

After the massage, warm herbal tea and a rest area await you — and that's not part of the paid time but our care. You don't pay to sit and come back to yourself: it's included.

If you ever feel the session was shorter than stated, message us. We'll make up the missing time, because it's a matter of trust, not a dispute.
