No Language Barrier: We Speak Russian, Uzbek and English
A language barrier at a spa isn't just about inconvenience. If the therapist didn't understand your request about pressure, or you couldn't explain an allergy, both comfort and safety suffer. So communicating in a language you understand is, for us, a matter of quality.
Three languages
We speak Russian, Uzbek and English. You can calmly explain your wishes, ask questions about the rituals and be sure you were understood correctly — without gestures and misunderstandings.
What we always check
Before the session the therapist goes over pressure, areas of focus, allergies and contraindications. When this happens in your own language, nothing gets lost in translation.
Booking and questions — in your language too
You can message us on WhatsApp in Russian or English — we'll reply the same way. Clarify the price, choose a time, ask about pregnancy or contraindications in advance, calmly and without rush.
When you're understood, rest becomes real. It's one reason guests feel at home at 2MoonSpa.
